FlatFrog® and Chemtronics announce today that they have entered into a mutually agreeable settlement and patent license agreement. The Agreement resolves litigation over FlatFrog’s® U.S. Patent Nos. 10,775,935, 11,281,335 and 11,281,338 that was pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. As part of the settlement, Chemtronics agreed to license certain FlatFrog® patents. Other terms of the settlement and license agreement were not disclosed.
